It is a fiberglass body sitting on a custom steel pedal car frame. It has a little tool box and a area to hold a battery to work the head lights and tail lights, that I never have tested myself. Very fun car. Sold on a bill of sale only. See all 69 photos below for yourself as it is not new and does have signs of wear, blemishes, chips, scratchs, etc., and parts may need cleaned, fixed, or restored, look at all 69 photos below!
