The previous owner before their passing was restoring the car and started to put it back together, but never got to finish. This is being listed as a non-running project as it hasn't been started for many years, and needs to be finished or restored. Parts are missing like the steering shaft, see photos. You can still steer the car by pushing on the wheels. The car does roll easily when pushed. There are some parts in boxes, like a interior kit that is no longer new, as it was sitting around for a long time, see photos. The motor number and vin plate is there, see photos, there are no other plates. There is a title I was given for it that matches the vin plate. It does sit crooked and high in the front as it was in the process of being put together and adjusted, see undercarriage photos. I did see the engine move by rocking it in gear.
