1989 Porsche 944

Selling my longtime 1989 Porsche 944 N/A Project/Driver. I've thoroughly enjoyed this car, but my son and I are currently building his future truck and I have no more room for more projects.
Stats:1989 Porsche 944160k miles (YES odometer works)5sp manual trans that shifts perfectly with no grinds or popsSunroof that works perfectly and has the original cover. Seals great NO leaks
The body on the car is in really good shape. There is only one small door ding on the rear Qtr panel on pass side. Other than that, the whole car is straight as an arrow. It does have a cracked pass fog light that is pictured, and there is some paint knicks on the front. I replaced the headlight covers with a set in really good shape, still have the originals. This car still turns heads everywhere it goes.
The interior is just as nice as the exterior. The original seats are in great shape with NO rips or tears. The driver bolster has some wear but in great condition regardless. The dash pad has a cover, I have never had it removed, I assume the original dash has cracks, which is why the cover was installed. The only other issue is the clock, which doesn't work and has a cracked display face.
Everything electrical in the car works as it should. Headlights, sunroof, power windows, mirrors, locks, brights, interior lights, rear hatch release. I've had zero electrical issues with it.
Mechanically, as I said I didn't have time for another project and here's where the project comes into play. Up until a week ago the car ran and drove great. I drove it daily to work with zero issues up until either the starter or flywheel broke. The motor turns over, but there is a grinding sound. I haven't dove into the issue or tried to diagnose it, but I lean towards the starter being sheared on the gear. I don't want to damage it further so it will sit until the purchaser picks up the car. I will gladly crank it for the buyer to prove this as well. When it drove down the road the trans shifted great and had zero issues.
The heater and defrosters both work as well. The AC works but will not hold a charge so that will need some attention as well. I used the windows and sunroof anyways and that provided adequate airflow on the summer days.
The radio is an aftermarket JVC with bluetooth and USB ports. The radio works great and the speakers are loud and clear.
All in all, someone will be buying a great condition 944 that is growing in value, with a relatively simple problem to fix for someone who is looking for a small tinker project.
Any further questions feel free to ask. If the buy it now is met, I have some 18" Porsche two piece classic wheels and tires, and M474 option Koni front shocks/springs and Koni rear shocks that I will include in the deal. I did not post the pictures of those but I can send them to anyone interested in seeing them.
Buyer will need to pick up the car or arrange for shipping. Again, it will need to be trailered to the destination. Car is sold As-Is with no warranties implied. Buyer to pay $500 deposit at auction's end, 48 hours to do so.
The reserve is set at $750. This is what I deem is fair, considering the shape of the body and interior.
Thanks for looking. Good luck bidding.
