Please take time to read my listing and look at all of the photos of this time capsule. This truck is a true barn find, I purchased it from an older gentleman like myself that has had it stored for many years. He had double knee replacements and could no longer drive it. This western truck was painted in the early 1970s and at that time the original engine was swapped for an early model Buick Nailhead 224 and the original 3- speed on the floor was adapted to it. The truck runs, shifts, and drives unbeleavably well with lots of torque and power. It has also been converted to a 12 volt system and everything works except the original temperature gauge but it has an after market guage that works great. Even the speedometer works great and is accurate, it shows 37,000 miles and I was told they were actual but I have no documentation. Theirs a lot of tale tale signs that make me believe they could be original since the original seat is still good and firm, dash cluster has not been restored and as you can see in the pictures it is crystal clear and is very nice. The paint and body are very nice to be 45 years old but not perfect as you would expect. (Shines great) As you would expect for that old it will have a little nick and scratch here and there but nothing drastic. The stainless is very nice as well as the glass is. No smoked edges on the glass, no cracks and no bad scratches. The body is super nice and 95% rust free, there are two places on the fenders on each side where the running boards meet the bottom of the fender that will require some attention soon. There are a few bubbles there on the bottom of the fenders but no rust through anywhere. (Easy fix) The under carriage of this truck is dry as a bone as you can see in the pictures and has never had no repair work and does not need any. It is probably the best original I have ever seen. Overall, this truck would be hard to duplicate at any price, their are not many left out there like this one and you will not find another one as cheap as my reserve is set. Theirs also just recently four new tires installed with less than 400 miles on them. This truck is a blast to drive and everyone loves it, you can fly in and drive this truck across country as you so desire, it is that good. Please check my feedback, I do not deal in junk. Transporting is buyers responsibility although I do have connections with areasonable and reliable transporter and will assist in loading.

I normally list them on ebay when I am ready to sell although most of the time they don't make it to the end of auction so if you are very interested feel free to make me a reasonable offer and I may end the auction early .
