1947 Ford pick up

i built this truck about 5 years. truck has never broken down on me. 1947 ford, chopped 5 inches in the front, 4 in the rear, channeled 6, sectioned 2, and the frame kicked in the front and rear 5 inches and then C-notched in the rear. grille is 36 ford sectioned 4 inches. truck was blasted and then put into epoxy primer before flattened paint. bed is chevy, shortened, narrowed with 48 ford tailgate. original 37 ford tail lights. original 40 ford 16 inch rims, powdercoated black. front tires are new. rear tires are worn and should be replaced. the only glass installed on the vehicle is the windshield.. gas tank is vintage boat. dropped F1 axle in the front with F1 brakes with aluminum scoops over drilled backing plates. 57 ford 9" rear end with 3.00 gears. stock springs with leaves removed. new shackle bushings and king pins when truck was built. custom traction bars. car stops very well. made in america bomber seats with layered foam tuck and roll inserts. gennie shifter. 47 ford stock steering and wheel. steers great. engine is a 1965 401 buick nailhead rebuilt 5 years ago and transmission is the switch pitch 1965 400 trans. carbs are '48 stromburg aerotypes on martin 2-4 manifold. has a stock 425 camshaft, otherwise the engine is built stock with adjustable pushrods. the intake set up is very streetable on this ride and truck never overheats. has oil, temp, vacuum, and voltometer guages. all guages work except speedo isnt accurate. no gas guage. instrument panel insert is engine turned. has a very rare 47 mercury dash embelum. 49 buick portholes in the door panels.. valve covers and valley cover are KRING. HAS A POLISHED, and finned aluminum oil pan.. heavy duty carter electric fuel pump, spin on fuel filter... like i said, this truck has been very good to me over the years. i am selling to be able to afford to finish another project, so it is time to move on and let someone else enjoy it. this truck has gotten me a trophy at over half the car shows i go to. buyer is responsible for shipping. payment should be made immediately after auction ends.
