1941 Dodge Power Wagon

1941 Dodge WC
This truck was running until the late 90s when it was used to move scrap off of the farm. It has been sitting in a field since then, and has only developed surface rust. The frame is solid. No title. There is a Braden Winch attached behind the cab. The number's I get off of this are MU 7510 and MU-144 with the words Braden Winch, TUSLA OKLA.
This truck reminds me of the Johnny Cash song, "One Piece at a Time". The frame and grille are what tells me it's a 1941 Dodge WC. The hood is military, but not original to this truck. Seems to be an older model hood. The engine serial code begins with P9, which tells me it is from a plymouth. According to tables, a 1940 Plymouth Roadking. The cab is GM. Model NO CC101. Windows roll up and down. It also has dual rear tires which was not common on these. Winch alone is worth a good amount. The 1/2 ton World War II winches are hard to come by.
This was a Kansas farm truck and whatever kept it running, was thrown in. Like you, I wish it was all original, but there is still plenty here to rebuild on and sell what you don't need. Nonoperational and will need towed where you need it. I can help find a local shipper, but it may be easier for you to deal with that. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer them.
