Reciepts till 1999 when this bus was taken off the road and stored (barn find!).All electrical works. Stove and sink are in working great conditon.
All interior lights work (map light, verhead light, tove light).
Heavily detailed motor compartment.
Motor has been updated to 2000cc with Hydraulic valves, ebuilt with all German parts.
Transmission was checked and serviced, ew CV axles, oints and boots.
Front end has new ball joints, ie rods, enter link pin, rag link and new alignment.
Great Michelin tires. New KYB shocks. Stiffer ones in the back to avoid sag when she’s fully loaded.
Paint is fantastic, inimal bodywork had to be done, othing major at all. Even the battery boxes were perfect.
FULLY undercoated to be preserved for at least another 40 years.
118,000 original miles.
Poptop, ngine and window seals are all new, lass is all great. New front shaded windshield.
Front seated beautifully reupholstered, ll other cushions and stools nice and clean.
Brake shoes, ines, alipers, otors, ads, heel cylinders all new or rebuilt.
If you are a Seattle Sehawks or Seattle Sounders fan this maybe the ultimate tailgate busas the factory Yosemite Yellowdangerously resembles the rave green orchartreuse usedby those teams. One of the stranger colors VW ever used, lmostglows in the darkand changes color depending on the light. Looks green sometimes, ooks yellow sometimes,looks like it has a blueish hue sometimes…cool.
