1969 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia

You are bidding on a very desirable 1969 VW bus with the Westfalia camper package. Vehicle still retains its original dealership ownership manual, sold new in Louisiana. From there it spent a short time in Georgia then settled in S. Carolina for a number of years, no salt, no snow, solid bus. Still retains rare Westfalia camper accessories; original camp stool, side and rear mosquito netting. Also has the upper adult cot and childrens cot as well. Purchased from a VW collector's personal collection, very well maintained, starts every time. No leaks, no odd noises, very smooth runner. Truly a turn- key investment vehicle.

Mechanical:
• Recent clutch replacement
• Recent shifter linkage rebuild, shifts perfectly
• Everything works with exception of radio which is still in place. At some point prior owner had issues with column ignition so he converted to push button start.
• Numbers matching drive train, 1600 cc motor. Still retains original air cleaner and original style exhaust.
• Runs and drives well

Exterior:
• Very nice Sierra Yellow paint, an original vintage VW color
