Hello everyone! Thank you for looking at my ad for my beautiful 1972 VW Karmann Ghia Coupe.

This car is a rare find. 3rd Owner! I bought this car from the best friend of the original Owner who bought it new off the showroom floor in 1972. I have many many receipts for extensive maintenance performed over the past 45 years. Have the original owner's manual as well.

The dash on this car is original and UNCUT! Factory stereo, has not been bastardized by anyone. There is some rust present on the car. The pans are SOLID.

See pictures for rust description, there are two parts with heavy rot near two of the wheels wells, the heater channels are solid and rust free and the doors open and close solidly on this car with no sag.

This is an example of a what you see is what you get car, no surprises of fiberglass over metal or bondo everywhere on the car. Fix this body up the right way and have a metal worker at a body shop replace the metal in those two sections and add about 5k in value to the car. Don't spend 13k on a ghia that is full of shoddy body work and fiberglass but coated in a nice paint job. No structural rust issues on the car. I added a picture of the nose area with the spare tire removed to show it is solid, these are usually rusted through in that area.

Rear Brakes have been rebuilt new shoes, wheel cylinders and hubs.

Daily drivable! Runs drives and shifts beautifully. Tires are old and should be replaced soon, it costs $275 for a set of new tires for this car.

I have the car listed locally and could sell at any moment, my price is firm so don't ask or I will shut you down. No trades. I am selling my cars to move to Vancouver and attend Law School next year, no rush to sell here, I don't mind leaving the car in storage in FL if I don't get the full amount.
