Hello, you were looking at a beautiful 1968 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia in a darkmetallic green, a kind of rarecolor. This car has an original 88K miles, and no it has not gone around it is 88K. This car has been in 1 family itswhole life and has been treated like a family member. The car has been meticulously maintained and serviced, which I will describe in full detail below. This is a 1.6 liter air cooled engine with a manual transmission. It has been fully serviced and fully gone through. The engine has a complete resale of all engine oil leaks, Complete brake fluid flush and brake system service. Wheel cylinders, lines, lines.hoses and so on. The suspension is rock solid and extremely tight everything is in perfect condition. All ball joints control arms bushings arein topcondition. The clutch is like new and shifts flawlessly with no issues with the transmission whatsoever. This car really runs and drives like it was 1968.*Cosmetically the paint shines beautifully, the interior is like new as well. The tires have 95% tread life left. The undercarriage on this car is immaculate and actually extremely impressive. I think you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition. The floorboards are all 100% rock solid and rust-free. The paint is in excellent condition with no major imperfections at all, with exception of maybe a minor door ding, being 1968 it really is a stunning car. The bright work is in great condition a good polish would really set it off. There is minor ding in rear bumper which can be seen in photos but hardly noticeable in person. The glass is absolutely exceptional; the rear side vent windows work perfect and there are no leaks whatsoever in the car. The carpets are like new. The trunk carpet is also exceptional like new condition.I do not mean to be repetitivebut we are a classic car and European specialtyshop and I have seen and worked on a lot of classic cars and this car really is in a class of its own.
