1980 Other Makes Commuta Car

1980 Model Comuta Car (formerly called Citicar) with 1500 miles. I purchased it 10 years ago from its original owner to restore it, but I never did finish it due to a neck injury. It currently does not run, but that is only because the batteries are dead. It takes 8 6-volt batteries, all of which I purchased for it about 6 years ago and I had also replaced all of the battery cables at that time, and the car did run after replacing those parts. However, it has now been sitting for several years and the batteries have gone dead. Pictures show the car sitting outside, but for the past 4 years it has been parked in an enclosed storage building which is where it will need to be picked up from. I purchased 4 new break torque wheel cylinders which I never put on but am including with the car in this auction. No cracks in the plastic body at all, so it is in good condition.
