1975 Jeep J20 401 V8 Auto, and 30,600 miles

1975 Jeep J20, Just pick up this truck, and this is what I know about it, it's a Z code truck which means it has a factory 401 cid V8 with automatic with full time 4 wheel drive, PS and PB. Odometer reads 30570 miles which I believe is close to being correct, I was told the following information on it. Was purchased new for a fire department in Alabama, where it spent most of its life (main reason for the low mileage). From there it went to the Dallas TX area where it was driven for a few years than changed hands again in 2011 and put in a inside storage, were it sat till I got it a few weeks ago. Here is what I know about it from the last week that I have had it. Engine starts right up and sounds good, Transmission feels good, but have not driven it much, short drive up and down the street. The person before me pulled the brake shoes off the the right rear because they were locked up so the brakes are soft. I assume the gas tank needs to be clean ou, that is why I have a small one in the bed of the truck (this tank is not included with the truck). The body and under side are very solid, The only rust issues are a small hole on the right rear cab corner, and someone repaired the cab floor on both sides by the doors. There is also surface rust where someone removed the orginal fire department badges. All the body panels are straight and the box is in great condition inside and out. You can tell it never has hauled much. Tires are in very good shape, put not sure how old they are. Would be willing to do a trade for a 1978 or 1979 Ford F250 4x4.
