Up for Sale Is A Completely Restored 1968 Steve McQueen coupe To Fastback Conversion Tribute Mustang. A Full Nut and Bolt Restoration Has Just Been Completed on this Car And It Currently Is Showing only 7 Shake-Down Miles On the Odometer. The Paint on This Car Is Absolutely Flawless and Has Such A Buffed and Polished Finish That It Looks Wet and Mirrored All The Time. The Car is Painted the New Bullitt Mustang Green that has Metallic Flake in it. In the sunlight it really looks Sparkles and Looks Fantastic.The Bottom Side Of This Car Is Painted The Same As The Top Side.You Can Absolutely Put Mirrors Under This Car. It's Just that Nice.

The Motor Is A 289 That Has Been Bored 40/Over and Has A Flat Tappet Cam That Sounds Like A Symphony Coming Thru The Long Tube Headers then Pushing Thru the H-Pipe and Hitting The Flow-Master 40's. The Exhaust Is 2.5 Inches and Is All Stainless Steel From Front To Rear. As You Can See the Motor Has A Nice Looking Billet V-Belt Aluminum Pulley System. This Is a Freshly Built Motor With New Pistons, Rings, Main Bearings, Rod Bearings, Oil Pump, Double Roller Timing Chain, Valve Job Along with A Complete Gasket Set. The Car Has a New Starter, New Wiring, New Distributor, New Solenoid, New Battery and All New Wiring. New Fuel Pump, New Gas Tank.

The Car Has A Brand New Holly 600 CFM 4-Barrell Carburetor. The Car Has Brand New Chromed Front and Rear Bumpers. It Has A Brand New Aluminum Radiator with Mechanical Fans To Insure the Cooling System Stays with-inTemperature even on The Hottest Of Days.

The Transmission Is A Borg Warner T-5. The Flywheel, Clutch, Pressure Plate and Throw-Out Bearing are all Brand New.

This Car Comes With 4 Piston Power Disc Brakes On The Front Along With Rear Drum Brakes. All Of The Brake Lines, Rotors, Springs and Wheel Cylinders are Brand New. The Front End is Completely Rebuilt including Upper and Lower Control Arms, Spring Saddles and Bushings. The Rear Leaf Springs are also new including the Shackles, Bushings and Shocks.

The Ring and Pinion Gears In The Rear-End Is a Factory 279 Which will Keep The RPM’s Down to A Manageable Level While You Are Out Cruising. The Car Also Has Sub Frame Connectors That Gives The Car A Stiffer Ride And Keeps You In Touch with The Road At All Times.

The Interior Is Completely Brand New From The Headliner, Seats, Door Panels, Dash and Carpet. It Has A Brand New and Perfectly Functioning Fold Down Rear Seat. The Trunk Area Is Finished Out Nicely and You'd Be Proud To Take It To Any Show. There is a Custom Built Center Console that Makes the Interior Look More Complete around the Gear Shifter Boot.

The Car Comes Equipped With A Nice Retro-Styled Bluetooth Stereo Along With Some Brand New Kick Panel Speakers. It has a Period Correct Set of Brand New American Racing Wheels along With a Set of Brand New Tires To Give It The Stance That This Car Deserves. It Looks Just Like the Original Movie Car.

The Car Has Hot Heat and The Fans Are Functioning Properly. All of the Lights and Blinkers Work 100% and are New. The Blinkers in the Hood Work as Designed. The Windshield Wipers Work 100% Correctly.
