1977 Ford F-250 2wd longbed Custom. Power steering (works excellent), 351 midland, manual borg warner T-19. Front brakes are the dual piston style for better stopping power. Truck is absolutely bone stock and has excellent patina that only time/age and beautiful California sunshine can create. Everything under the hood is original and has all the smog equipment still intact. Truck has zero rot, only surface rust in the area where paint has been scratched away/exposed. All glass is perfect and door windows work like they did new. Door gaskets are brittle (but still intact), but the window/vent rubbers are perfect. Perfect dash with zero cracks. Rear window is solid one piece which not only looks better but no leaks compared to the sliders. Gauges work as well as an upgraded two nob tape deck (compared to original). Truck runs drives and stops but has been sitting a few years and is time to let go. Has dual gas tanks but the front gas tank is not functional, rear works perfect. Body is super straight and paint is excellent for its age, only real damage is to the top of bed. I had diamond plate bed rails I always planned on putting on that actually hides almost all of damage to the top of bed. Tailgate works, drivers side latch keeps getting caught up and needs to be addressed. This is a great example of a completely original 77 ford pickup that came as they did off the showroom floor. A truck you can still take to car shows and be proud of with a paint that still shines, but not be hesitant to throw chains or a chord of wood in the back, and use the truck as it was intended to be. Chrome steel wheels shine but have surface rust, tires have good life left. Truck is located in Northern California (Sacramento) 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.
