1968 Mustang V-8 Coupe, C code 289 2 bbl Engine, rebuilt to stock specs, runs great, C4 auto trans, rebuilt as well, engine & trans both have no leaks & work great, Vehicle is mostly stock, other than GT wheels with new Toyo tires & dual exhaust with chrome tips out back, which I just added. Original Sunlit Gold paint has been repainted, around 8 years ago? still in decent condition, shines nice, has a few chips & scratches & one small bubble spot on R door,Black stripes added at that time? turn signal hood, New Black vinyl top, I month ago, Black interior, mostly stock? very nice, looks like dash pad & bezels replaced, carpet & seats seem original? very nice! drivers seat may have been redone?, Under carriage pretty original, has new Idler arm & strut rod bushings, has small amount of play in steering, will need rest of front suspension rebuilt eventually, but very drivable,Floors solid, as well as quarters, very small rust starting at torque box, very small,lower quarters still have original drains! brakes have been done in recent past, work great for manual drum brakes, power steering is very dry as well, car has no leaks,. This car is very original, not fiddled with a lot, great start to a resto or resto rod, has not been cannibalized, all the little stuff, clips, connectors, etc, that disappear over the years are there! Drive as is, or while restoring, or upgrading! great early Mustang!
