SO COOL!!! This truck gets looks and thumbs ups everywhere it goes! It is a 1958 Ford F100, short box, fleet side, 2wd. Here's how she's outfitted and what's been done: -Original paint has been buffed...there is no clear coat. -New brakes -New master cylinder and all new lines -New clutch master cylinder -New fuel pump -Changed out fuel tank -New shocks -New coil -New edelbrock carb. -New air cleaner -New pinion seal -New custom custom seat with weathered looking leather(orange), which is really cool. -New carpet -New glass -New weather seals -Side glass was changed out with a wing window delete -All the fluids were changed -Original radio works -New wiring where needed -New tires -Original moon hub caps This is the third-generation of the Ford F-Series trucks; produced by Ford from 1957 to 1960. The original owner replaced the “Mileage Maker” inline 6 cylinder with an Olds 330ci Jetfire Rocket V-8 sometime in the ‘70s for the sake of more power. The truck delivers outstanding throttle response to this day. The original owner’s son sold the truck in 2013 to the current owner after it sat idle behind his house for decades. Once this piece of history was brought back to life, the interior was tastefully restored, but the decision was made to leave the original factory paint as-is to preserve the truck’s unique patina. The body has just been polished and waxed. This truck is very rust free with the exception of the steps on both sides. We thought about replacing them but wanted to leave the body all original. So this is what I ask if you are interested in purchasing this truck. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION.... SO Please make sure your funding is in place before bidding. If you would like to come and test drive and inspect the truck or have a pre purchase inspection done, that must be done prior to the auction ending. I am happy to help arrange shipping if needed but is the responsibility of the buyer. Please ask any and all questions prior to the auction ending. I can be reached by phone at 307-752-6033.
