Very Rare Mopar - 1 of 8 (Documented)
Fully documented and certified 1970 Factory Sunroof Dodge Charger R/T.
This is a Stunning ScatPack Mopar that you can DRIVE anywhere / anytime without fear of it breaking down or leaving you stranded like a lot of high-dollar classic cars that recently went through a restoration.
Very dependable and fun to drive !
This car never sleeps outside or in the rain, but I drive it on nice sunny days and the wife and I enjoy taking out on long cruises.
These photos were NOT taken in a car dealer's photo booth like many of the cars on Ebay today, they were taken outside about 10 milesfromour house on a Texas back road this November.
She actually looks like this nice in person -up close.
Flawless Paint !

Production figures:in 1970, Dodge built the same number of Charger HEMIs as they did Sunroof R/Ts (112 total).
Dodge built a total of 112 Charger R/Ts with a Power Sunroof in 1970.
They also only built 112 Hemi cars in 1970.
Few sunroof cars survived and only 8 remain in the Registry, this is car #4 of 8 and this is documented in Galen’s report and Registry Certificate.
Please do your own research and you’ll see that there are many other aspects about this car that make it even more rare. These historic cars are very well documented and there is plenty of data from multiple sources.
Inspected and Documented:
This car has been physically inspected, certified and documented by Galen Govier and entered into the registry. The new owner will receive a ton of documentation and photos.
I have the original fender tag & broadcast sheet.
The new owner will receive (2) Fender Tags:
I keep an exact reproduction fender tag on the car fender apron.
I keep the original fender tag stored in my safe.I have heard about several Fender Tags being stolen at car shows, parking lots, etc.. and did not want to risk it.
--> If any serious bidders would like to have a professional mechanic inspect, document and drivethis car, I would gladly coordinate and make it happen. There are several local Dodge Dealers and a few classic/antique carexperts within 20 miles that havereputable mechanics or you could locate your own. Just let me know.
Details:
Absolutely beautiful rotisserie restoration (top and bottom).
The photos and personal inspection will prove it.
I tried restoring this car to be as factory original as possible, using the original metal and interior parts this car was born with (where possible) and when that was not possible, I searched for NOS original parts. For instances where I could not find original NOS parts, I searched for new reproduction parts that would improve the reliability and drivability of this car but keep the factory appearance.
I personally do not care for the resto-mod look.
My opinion: This is a perfect daily driver and capable of making (has made)several long-haul trips with no issues.Over 500 miles on this car last summer in the Texas heat with zero issues.
Very high-quality paint & body work is amazing to any standards and was performed by a life-long Mopar Professional.Bottom of car is painted and detailed as nice as the top.Nothing is hidden, the restoration and body work was photographed along the way.
My goal was to make this car "appear" Factory Spec 1970 raw Mopar Muscle but very reliable and not break down on you when you take the wife out for a date (it's happened to us all).
Having said that, I took the decision to make a few technical upgrades to make it a safe dependable driver with upgraded A/C, Brakes, Suspension, Holley Carb, Sunroof, Engine, etc.. so you can enjoy it without causing the typical classic-car problems.
She appears Factory Original and does NOT look like a modern RESTOMOD.
It still retains the cool, original look of the 70's.
