Description:
1970 Dodge Charger charger
This is one of the factory show cars to promote the 1970 chicago auto show. This is also the lowest serial number of them known. I purchased this car in 2005 needing restoration. Previous owner had it sitting inside a building since 1975. This car was restored using every nos part I could get my hands on. There is no chinese panels on this car. I used nothing but the best when I restored the car. Car has been refinished using all Glasurit products. I have a long list of all the nos parts that I purschased. Every nut bolt on this car is correct with the right head markings replated to the right finish. This car still retains its original interior. It has a warranty engine in it. This is the engine that was in it when the previous owner had it in 1975. I would assume that this was a actual warranty issue when it was relatively new. Block casting is august 69. The trans is numbers matching. There is not one chip or scratch in this car. I have put probably about 100 miles on it since I finished it 5 years ago. This is a must see car. This is too give you a general description of the car and quality. If you are seriously interested I can be contacted to give you all the details. I have over 100 detailed pictures.
