1955 Chevrolet Bel Air, One owner car that was bought from the original owners estate this year. Car originally came Harvest Gold but was repainted Cashmere Blue sometime back in the 70's. It was driven monthly up until around 1990 when the owners wife passed away and has sat ever since. Besides the paint it is pretty much original and is all there, It turns over freely with a battery hooked up and it seems that everything still works, lights, horn etc. I have not cranked it as it will need the fuel system cleaned and possibly a new gas tank, it will also need brakes. It is a pretty solid southern car but looks to have had some body work done on the quarters when it was repainted, the old blue paint is also peeling. The front floor pans under where your feet sit look to also have been replaced, the rear pans look ok. All in all it is a cool ole car that would be a crowd pleaser if you just left the appearance alone and just fixed the fuel system and brakes. It looks better in the pictures than in person but is a very rare find and will make someone a nice car regardless which way you go with it. Any questions please feel free to ask.
