1987 Chevrolet Suburban

The old 350 is long gone and the truck now sports a 1996 Cummins 12 valve diesel. The transmission behind this is a 727 3 Speed no overdrive. Truck runs and shifts great. Can be taken on the highway with no issues.
The old rear axle would not have been able to handle the torque of the Cummins engine so a Ford 9in was swapped in its place. It has a brand new 6.6 Lincoln radiator.
The body of the truck is rugged not rotted out but not perfect. The rockers are in good shape, floors and braces are good, and the frame is in solid shape. There is paint bubbles and some places of rust I have pictured. Passenger side quarter does have foam in it temporarily so no salt got into it and made it worse. Door bottoms could use some work but not in terrible shape. I also have a rust free complete tail gate to come with it.
The bottom half has been herculined. The interior has all 3 rows of seating. The seats in the front could use covers. Every dash gauge works. Heat works great, wipers, lights etc all work.
Overall what you are getting is a Diesel Suburban with great bones that can be put to work right after buying
