1986 Volkswagen Cabrio

Car was painted on 6/2013. New struts and springs on 8/2014. New motor and transmission upgraded to 2.0 completely rebuilt on 1/2016. There are over $10,000 in receipts from previous owner. All work was done by a professionalmechanic. This body is straight as can be. There are no dents and waveson it. They did a great jobon the body work.The motorand under the hood is very clean. Runs and drives great.The car hasa few rattles and squeaks, it shouldn't be hard to find.

The Bad. The passenger window doesn't go upor down. The door lockbutton on the driver side is not hooked up. The heat control doesn't work and the blower fan only works on low, it was a summer car anyway. The driver side is torn andlocked in place. The passenger seat doesn't lock in place. The seats have to be cleaned or redone. The roof needs to be replaced. You can find it cheap,but its tricky to replace. Do interior work and roof and you will have a very beautiful car, or you can put seat covers on it and drive.
