1978 Toyota Land Cruiser HJ45 pick up. Truck came out of the coffee country and as you can see, is a nice dry example and not worked to death as many of these 45's are. Passed latest emissions inspection here and putts along, could do with a refresh in the future IMHO. 4 speed and transfer case shift smoothly and clutch is recent, Truck was treated to a body on frame go through and re-paint, I have photos available of the process and truck in raw form showing the nice clean sheetmetal before paint, a good solid rust free truck. Bed is in excellent condition, it is not original to the truck. Chassis is nice, no issues with corrosion, undercab still retains the heavy original black undercoat as you can see in the photos provided, the inner and outer cab corners and floor are in fantastic condition throughout, no rot. Interior retains original seats, what I believe to be the factory vinyl and cardboard seat backs, floor mat is not oem but presentable, door cards are custom fabricated and nicely done, truck has unique power window conversion which functions nicely. Clarion CD player and speakers under dash and seat is a nice addition as well... VIN is not correct in listing, ebay requires 15 digits as is the norm in U.S. Mileage is uncertain on these old birds so listed 100k.
Recent work performed includes full brake service, replacement of suspension bushings as needed, front wheel bearings and seals as well as knuckles and seals. The truck is in Costa Rica and will ship from here at buyers expense. I have shipped numerous vehicles and have a solid agency here as well as a fine broker in Miami if that is your port of choice. Can go flatrack or fully containerized and I will handle logistics for buyer on this end. Title will be transfered at time of payment either in person or wire transfer. I highly recommend you spend the few hundred dollars and fly down however it is not essential for the transaction.
