Description:

1968 Plymouth Road Runner

It is a 1968 Plymouth Road Runner 2 door hard top that is a factory 383 4 speed car. I have a clean Florida title in my name. The car is located in zip code 33542 which is Zephyrhills Florida. I am flexible in scheduling a viewing. -1968 Plymouth Road Runner 2 door hard top; vin RM23H8G252481-All glass is in the car and is good with the exception of the windshield which has a crack in it-Fender tag reads: M6; R1; 5; AX 4; TRM H4F; PNT GG1; UBS G; RM23 62 5 44 531 373639-The car is sitting on JC Penny bias ply tires; all hold air; 1 tire loses pressure after a few days. The car rolls and steers fine. -Strong running 383 engine with 1967 440 heads. Edelbrock 4 barrel intake with Carter AFB 4 barrel carb. Engine has a higher lift cam and needs nothing except a coat of paint unless you like the current look. -Transmission with the car is an A-230 with Hurst shifter and linkage. -Trunk pans have been installed by a previous owner. The frame and fire wall are good. The car will need floor pans and possibly a quarter panel. -The frame is straight and has no collision damage. -The car is mostly complete with the exception of the following parts; Radiator; gas tank; rear bumper; Flywheel and alternator. All other accessories such as A/C. power steering pulleys and brackets are included. -The photos were taken 4/17/2015. The car is partially disassembled and is in many boxes. I have owned this for a long time and am selling because I will not have time to restore it in the foreseeable future. Since I have had the car I have done nothing to it except warehouse it. The car has always been garaged or under a carport since I have had it. The vehicle obviously needs a full restoration and is offered for sale with no warranties expressed or implied. -The asking price is $9500 for everything or best offer. Keep in mind it is a real documented Road Runner and not a Satellite. I will NOT part the car out. -More photos at this link: http://www. autotraderclassics. com/classic-car/1968-Plymouth-Roadrunner-2033365. xhtml Thanks for your interest. Patrick
