1965 Plymouth Fury IIIThis car is absolutely a knockout. It is an original 426 4-speed Ruby Red car that now has a very healthy 440.
The paint and body is excellent. The body is as straight as a gun barrel and the paint is just as slick as glass. There is no rust and the car has been painted for several years. It has been garage kept and well maintained. The chrome and trim are excellent as well as the glass. There is nothing about this Fury not to like.
The engine is a healthy and very strong running 440. The motor starts up with one turn of the key and it runs absolutely perfect. It is tuned just right and dialed in. It runs perfect at any speed or RPM; from idle on up there is no missing, o hesitating, nd no issues whatsoever. The car is a true pleasure to drive. It is clean and neat under the hood as you will see in the many pictures. The car is fast… and it handles and drives perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car anywhere right now. The car had the factory 391 gear, t has been changed it to a 276 posi and its just right..
The interior is mostly original with everything working including all lights, he horn, actory radio and the gauges. The backup lights (which were optional) work as well. The interior is in excellent condition including the chrome trim around the windows on the inside, headliner, eats and everything. It is very obvious that this car has been well cared for and maintained its entire history.
The underside is clean, ust free, nd solid.
