Now the bad stuff:Right front Cragar mag is slightly bent and induces mild vibration at 65-70 mph (Steel 15" rims and perfect oem hubcaps included) Stitching on driver's side front seat coming loose (See photo) Fuel door has small dent Tailgate has small dent (See photo) Only rust on entire car is a 1" x 2" bulge on rear of driver's side rocker panel below wheel arch dog leg (See photo) Dome lights stopped working. Trim has a few dents. Speedometer bounces 5 mph either way from 15 - 45 mph Some fine scratches on roof Third row foot well carpet a little tatty Pin hole leak in steel transmission cooling line (I plan on replacing the line)
Once the cooling line leak is fixed I'd drive it cross country with no worries. I invite anyone interested to personally inspect this Sport Suburban. Please do not bid unless you intend to pay as a winning bidder. If It doesn’t sell here, Dad’s great grand kids will have a parade car. We have a deep emotional investment in this car.... My father ordered it and bought it new and I've been it's co-caretaker for it's entire existence so it's pretty much a "One Owner" vehicle. My Road Runner went in for warranty service the week of my senior prom so Dad let me borrow The (new) Wagon... Still have my prom date and The Wagon. We took this wagon to an Alice Cooper show later that week. Mom and Dad toured the Rockies in it and watched sunsets from South Mountain in Phoenix in it...Gonna miss the old girl.... Retiring & downsizing. To quote George Harrison, “All Things Must Pass”.
