Rebuilt 302 - 5.0 liter; rebuilt trans AOD? 70k ago. Car fixable to drive

1991 Mercury Grand Marquis

Selling whole car for parts or fix it upper. Must take whole car. Car will not be fixed where parked. Must be towed away, or jumped and driven away. Selling for the value of the parts. Mainly rebuilt engine 5.0 liter 302ci and rebuilt trans. (scrap rest of car to get some money back) (will take tires and rims back for $100 or $100 off price if left behind. Has 2 spare tires. Can put 2 more tires that hold air if leaving new tires behind.) Approx 70,000 miles since rebuilds.
Brand new tires a year ago, but only 1000 miles on them. AC works. Runs and drives good. Did not pass PA inspection. Odometer quit working in the past year ($50 plastic gears), blinkers are slow ($10 relay) and brake lights didn't work (mostly likely broken wire near pedal. Broke before due to brittleness). Rust on bottom edge of all doors and trunk lip.Rust starting behind both rear tires.
Car has been in family for 14 years. Bought from TN rust free in 2004, then Michigan for 12 years, then PA last 2. New item that cropped up for main decision to sell is it won't hold a charge. Battery about 18 months old and was good when tested. I am selling for my disabled sister who cannot afford to fix issues. Previously driven by my mother who can no longer drive. Driven mostly easy country and highway miles since rebuild. Both rebuilds done by professional shops. Trans lost some fluid this past year, so may need gasket or seal. Car was bought in TN with 130,000 miles on body. The rebuilds came out of our 1990 Grand Marquis which rusted out (frame). Roughly 30k in the 1990, and 35k+ in the 1991. Selling as is where is. No warranty expressed or implied. Again, no working on vehicle on site. Please read all ad content and look at every picture. Car was never a daily driver to any town. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS. ONLY online payment, or cash, or cashiers check overnighted. Immediate down payment. Car is not worth being semi truck transported, and no one is available to help on vehicle end. Power windows stopped working. No idea if fuse etc... Drivers side power seat works. Power mirrors did work. Air bag check light is on. Kids (vandals) jumped on roof and hood causing damage. Roof can probably be pushed/popped out. Hood needs attention. Since 2004, non smoking vehicle. Some cigar smoke residual when bought in 2004. Car driven every year, but averaged about 5k a year. Car parked just off Route 22 in PA about 4 miles West of Armaugh, 13 miles East of Blairsville. We no longer have rebuild paperwork, but I have a perfect rating for years on eBay inlcuding buying and selling cars, and intend to keep it that way. I have tried to list all issues.
