I replaced the engine with one from the same year, but with 73,000 miles on it. Transmission was rebuilt and has less than 2,000 miles on it.

New Fuel Pressure Regulator
Compression tested all Cylinders at 151 PSI, Fuel pressure is at 85psi
Issues:
Hard Start, black smoke, runs rough. The top lock cylinder over the driver is leaking. I think there is something electrical with the ignition causing the issues. Central locking system does not work. Don't expect to drive it home.
My health is preventing me to continue tinkering on this car. The car is located in Crawfordville, FL which is about 20 minutes South of Tallahassee, FL.

Have realistic expectations. This car is 27 years old and is not perfect. Don't expect a new Phantom for the price of a week at Disney....
