Description:

1955 Ford F-100 Custom Cab

This is a 1955 Ford F-100 Custom Cab short bed project. I bought it the way you see it in the photos and have been accumulating good parts for reassembly. I have alot parts stored and everything goes with the sale. The truck frame is in great shape and the cab is good. It needs corners and probably front mounts. Rockers & floors are solid. I have all the corner patch panels. Bed and tailgate are good also, there is a heavy gauge steel plate in bottom of the bed. Some rust, but straight and very restorable. Hood, front fenders, splash pan, and doors are straight and RUST FREE. Grill is good, little rust in the bottom of the headlight buckets. Rear fenders very good, little rust lower front where they bolt to running boards. Running boards are brand new. I do have the custom cab dash, grill, and door trim. Motor is a 350 with Auto Trans from a 1991 Chevy van. Motor was pulled just last summer from a running and driving van (approx 80,000 miles). I also saved steering column, brake pedal assembly etc. from van that go with the sale. I have clear PA title in my name however the VIN tag is missing. New VIN tags are available through Mid-Fifty F100 parts so thats no big deal. If your looking for a solid F-100 project - this is it. Truck and all the parts are stored inside and kept dry. Extra parts included. I am not going to dig everything out to take pictures or sell parts separately. Come take a look if your serious. I have been restoring these trucks for 25 years, I know the parts and know this is a very reasonable price. I just have to many projects and not enough time.
$200 Paypal deposit required upon auction end. Truck should be picked up in Synders, PA within 2 weeks of auction end. Fullpayment due, in CASH only, at time of pickup. Seller can help load. If you don't want the Chevy parts, you don't have to take them - but the price remains the same. Please ask questions and make arrangements to see truck before bidding if you'd like.
