1991 Ford F-150 Parts Truck, runs and drives but frame is rusted pretty bad

This is a 1991 not a 1993 as listed. Truck runs and drives. It has been a farm truck for about 10 years. The frame got pretty bad and the fuel tank leaks so we parked it last fall. The second fuel tanks sending unit went bad. The truck starts, runs and drives. 4x4 works. Some states might pass this inspection. However, we're selling it as a parts truck.
