1922 Ford Soeedster

1922 Ford Speedster, 4 cyclinder, opal engine, made my GM. Manual transmission.I started to work on auto but problems in my development... Working on cars, boats, RVs.. Prohibited by bylaws..
Bought this car 2 weeks ago... And have had 2 complaints by community board. Took seats out to have re covered.Also, removed rug from floor, wood is in great condition- no rot. Had mobile mechanic come to house to see if engine started, and hooked up battery, put gas in carb, car ran smooth and idled for a few minutes.
Things to do on auto: radiator flush, drum brakes all around, master cyclinder needs to be installed. 14 inch tires would like to replace with 16 inch rims, rolls and steers fine, would change steering wheel to 1930's look for a better "speedster" look. Tires hold air, but just to roll around and work on, no leaks at all.
