1929 Ford Model A

Where were you in 62????

Here’s your chance to relive that time, and no this is not your grandma’s old car!

A true all original steel 1929 Ford Model “A” coupe, and the VIN # has 666 in the middle of it.

This car represents exactly what you could have built in your home garage at that time.

The chassis has been boxed and reinforced in the front, kicked up 6 inches in the rear.

Has Mustang II front suspension and Parallel 4 link with coilover rear. (All for drivability reasons) All good driving rubber wrapped around a set of dated 1966 Torque thrust wheels!

All hidden under the Massaged All original steel body, 5-inch chop, suicide doors, bobbed rear fenders, custom front apron, and all done with lead the old school ways!

This car is truly a time machine, turn the key, wait for fuel pressure to come up, pump the go pedal at least 4 times and pull the choke half way out. Then and only then will the 1951 Chrysler 331 hemi come to life, with its Eskidarian race cam and the TWO Edelbrock carbs feeding the beast! The duel pipes make such a pleasant sound this car needs no stereo, just listen to it talk to you.

As it warms the big old elephant motor will remind you of the hot rod song “Shake Rattle and ROLL!”

Once warmed, reach over and grab a handful of the 23-inch-tall shifter and put that bad boy,727 Torque flight, transmission in gear let off the brake and away you go in the time machine of your dreams. This 29 is not that red-light burner that some people would think it should be, but with that 3:08 7.5 GM Eaton locker in the rear it sure does well on the highway. (17 mpg @ 70mph all day long)

With the 16-gallon fuel tank it will go some distance before needing to fuel this puppy up. The 1958 Olds gauge cluster and speedo in that custom built, and wood grained dash, and does a great job of keeping track of what the (yes It’s a Hemi) is doing and the speed that you can honestly tell Mr. Officer you were going! A complete custom interior is on the inside, 60’s style.

This is NOT some trailer Queen by no means! Has been driven everywhere since the build some 9 years ago. Yes, it has some minor wear and tear, stone chips and small imperfections. But still stands tall with the rest of them. The underside was painted with chassis saver when done and still has a bit of o shine after all this time. So if you’re interested in this time machine it can be yours. Roll up and cuff those jeans, grab a pack of pal mall’s roll them up in your sleeve and climb on in. No this car has NO power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, (Does Have a heater) and or electric locks or windows for that matter. And sitting low.

So since the VIN number carry’s the 666 in the middle. Plus, the car is registered as a 1929 Ford Cp.

we affectionately call her 333 Only Half bad!
