1966 Dodge Dart GT

Selling what will be one of the easiest projects you'll find on eBay. This is my highly-optioned 1966 Dodge Dart GT with the rare combination of being a GT coupe with the 273 V8, automatic, AND factory air conditioning. Check others on eBay, you'll find several with a V8/auto but no air, or an inline-6 with air, but having all of these options isn't a common find. The story is that I bought the car a year ago from a guy that was driving it until one day he had decided it was worthy of restoration. At that point I am unsure exactly what happened, but his life changed course and he was forced to sell the car. Unfortunately I am in a similar situation - I am selling this car to free up funds to buy my dad his dream car. I wish I could keep it but I am looking toward the 'greater good' and want to pay my dad back for all of the help he provided me growing up.
That being said, here are the specifics:
To the best of my knowledge, the car will run and drive with very little work - essentially putting the interior back in it, some wiring under the dash and bolting the carb (just rebuilt) back on.
The good:
Car is solid and 95% complete and comes with many new parts.Restored air conditioning system (still in plastic bags) by Classic IndustriesNew floors and new trunk pan (see pics). These were not put in my me but by the previousNew front seat foamsNew trunk linerNew headlinerNew rear quarter glass (still in the box)New decals for engine deptUpgraded to a bigger Holley 4bbl carb (just rebuilt as stated above)Fairly decent Crager rims on itBrand new interior carpet kit
New plastic dash capProbably more new parts that I am forgetting right now. Also includes a variety of shop manuals and parts catalogs.
The bad:As it sits today, it is not running or driving, however it can be probably with a dedicated weekend of workWill need new tires They have good tread but VERY dry rotted. The car came from Arizona so while that means very little rust, it ruined the tires and the interiorWill need interior replaced. You're halfway there with the supplied parts (seat foams, headliner, etc)
Has small rust bubbles on fenders and your typical rust behind the front tires, but it isn't even close to severe. See pics
In short, this is a great project car on a budget. The 273 V8 with the stock carb put out 235hp which was pretty impressive for 1966. Should be a fun toy, I just unfortunately won't be able to enjoy it myself. My loss is literally your gain.
