1970 Datsun 510

This custom datsun has had allot of custom cosmetic & performance work done. The car took two years to build and can truly say its a One Of A Kind.

the car was built at Luckys Speed Shop in california, with a few helping outside hands. the car started out as shell and was turned into a street machine. Packing 440RWHP with it weighing just over 2000LBS

No safety corners were cut (AT ALL) then came the show factor as we still wanted it to stop people in there tracks and really take a second look "And IT DOES" The car has been to a few local shows, Drawing a crowd the whole time its there. There were no expense spared when it came to the performance side, Brand new crate motor and transmutation from Turn Key Performance.

Exterior: The exterior was vision was aclompished by cutting out all the rust, All new sheet metal. New hand made rocker panels. few other rust spots that were taken care of after the car was media blasted.

*the rear tail lights were frenched In. meaning they now sit flush the the exterior sheet metal. fallowing the body line all the way across, aclompished by also cutting out the beveled in licance place that was place directly in the middle of the Rear panel.

*The rain gutters were shaved off, and Tig welded the seam giving it that really clean roof line look.

*The rear piller vents were shaved off the "C" piller.

*The marker lights on the front and Rear Fender were shaved off and filled with new sheet metal and Tig welded in.

*Wipers were shaved and front cowl was worked to look like it never had them.

*Trunk lock was shaved and filed, the trunk latch is now on A pull cable that is on there exterior of the car below the trunk.

* Door locks & Door handles were shaved. filed with new metal and Tig welded in.

*BRE front and rear carbon fender flares that were custom made out of carbon and molded to the car.

*BRE carbon front wind splitter with stainless adjustable splint adjusters.

*Carbon front valence

*APR carbon F1 mirrors

*Projector Headlights with black backgrounds & halos.

* black powder coated headlight trim rings & headlight trim & blacked grill with a few bars left stainless to match the stainless theam

*VOLK CE28N custom wheels, custom offsets. 11in wide in the Rear, 8 1/2in in the front.

*car was painted lamborghini silver metallic, engine bay is painted the same color gust matte not gloss

*Wheel wells were under coated and whole car was seam sealed.

Interior: the interior has that race car feel. There is no stereo, no heat or AC. But personally don't think its needed.

* 100% custom hand made Stainless Dash all Tig welded and not a scratch in it.

*Autometer gauges Sport compact 2's

*Push button start on the dash (left of wheel) with IGN & ACC switches with red indacator lights.

*Switch panel on transmission tunnel between passenger and driver. All on a stainless panel with matching switches and red indacator lights.

*Tilton peddle assambly, Tilton masters with custom throttle peddle. front and rear brake masters

*MoMo Start bucket seats

*Corbeau 4 point seat belts with cam lock system.

*MoMo Jet 2 steering wheel with Quick release.

*2:1 steering quickener. with all stainless joints and steering D-shaft. Custom steering Rack. (no power steering)

*Custom Carbon door skins, Carbon 1/4 skins, Carbon package tray.

*Full custom Black Head Liner From (A piller to C piller)

*Stainless passenger and driver Floor pans put in with zuse fasteners

*Custom stainless shift arm bolted directly to the trans for a direct shift feeling.

*Rear of car has been tubbed and all new sheet metal work (50/50 with cage) meaning you can see 50% of the cage on the top half, really cool look.

*Full custom Roll cage with nascar door bars, fully Tig welded and powder coated with chassis. cage goes from front strut towers to Trunk, (X bracing, door bars, harness bar, under dash bar, headache, wrapped throughout the car for safety) Very clean race look.

*sound detaining in front doors, rear 1/4, and in the trunk.

Performance: lots of time and engineering went into the performance of this car.

*LS6 turn key performance crate motor

*Tremec TKO600 5 speed transmission

*full custom 304 stainless oval tube exhaust, H-pipe, custom headers, custom hangers, V-band clamps. stage 8 header bolts, with side exit nascar style.

*Moser M9 rear housing (ford 9in)

* custom built 4 link system ties to bolkhead, has a custom watts link system

*Stainless break lines with XRP fittings

*corvette ZO6 Breaks ( 6piston front- 4piston Rear) custom CNC brackets front and rear to hold square.

*willwood Slotted roters, willwood Hats all tie wired

*all aluminum fuel lines with XRP fittings

*RCI fuel cell, custom baffling in tank

*aluminum battery box with master shutoff on top

*Areomotive A1000 fuel pump with filters, also has areomotive Fuel pressure regulator mounted on firewall (engine side)

*Taylor battery cable routed in frame rail

*Eibach springs with QA1 coilovers in rear

*Eibach Springs with Koni coilovers in Front

*Knife cut sway bars Front and Rear of car

*Camber plates in front, lots of adjustment in rear for handling

*Strap steel welded to strut towers to add bracing and good place for the cage to tie to, also has strut tower to tower brace.

*Full custom motor crossmember with adjustment.

*power intake, throttle body, injectors and fuel rails.

*Griffen custom radiator

*Corvette ECU, with all factory connectors and plugs, professionaly thined out, and keeping the OBD2 scan port under dash.

*MSD plug wires with custom stitched heat wrapping

*Custom bead rolled firewall, pushed back 4 inches to fit that LS under the stock grill and hood.

*Flex-A-Lite fan on ecu thermostat

*Fire extuingsher mounted in car between passenger and driver on quick release.

*Strange 3RD member with billet yoke, 355 gears, strange axels

*Detroit TruTrac 3rd member

*Custom driveline one pice, with driveline hoop in bulkhead

*The motor and transmission was designed to drop out the bottom of the car. meaning put the car on a lift pit the custom cradle that has casters, bolt to motor and trans, pull wires and exhaust crossmenbers and drop right out the bottom. The chassis & cage was all built in the car and then pulled out and fully welded and powder coated. the chassis was left bare in a few spots to be stitch welded back to the body. anything and everything was thought of while building this car, it is very clean and truly amazing!. I have allot of time and $$$$$ in this car so please do not low ball me. No trades.
