Good until April 2016.1 of 48 in Black Rose of the total 502 ZR-1's produced in 1992Original MSRP over $60, 00.00The Corvette ZR-1 was built with one thing in mind, SPEED. Setting a new 24 hour endurance record of an average of 175 mph in 1990 thus taking the long held title away from Mercedes Benz. The LT-5, 4 cam, 32 valve, 375hp V-8 is a beast with a top speed of 181 mph. Of note: minor spider cracking on left side of rear bumper from contact. Comments from the 2nd owner:It is one of 502 ZR-1s for 1992 and one of only 48 in Black Rose. The car is all original with the exception of new paint which was done quite a few years ago. I bought the car from the original owner who bought it in 1994.In the last six months I've done all new injectors, plugs, all new fluids to include coolant, trans, diff, brake fluid and I have a new oil filter and oil on standby. I've also rebuilt the entire stereo system to include all new amps in the speaker enclosures, fixed the CD player, CDM box and new power antenna. Also added an Ipod cable to the CDM box. The typical under the plenum vacuum leaks have also been fixed. The Nitto 555 tires have about 1000 miles on them. It has both the painted and blue acrylic tops. The car is in very good shape. It has been professionally detailed as you can see in the pictures. It does have some typical rock chips as one would expect for a 22 year old car. The interior is in very good shape showing very minimal wear. It is not a 100 point show car, but it is a very very nice driver that can be driven/showed and enjoyed. This car needs nothing.I reserve the right to cancel the auction as this car is available for sale locally.
