HERE IS A BARN FIND...1965 CHEVROLET MALIBU CUSTOM EL CAMINO 8 CYLINDER....THIS WAS A ONE OWNER VEHICLE...BODY IS DECENT ...BUT NOT PERFECT. BRIGHTWORK IS JUST FAIR....IT NEEDS FLOOR PANS !!!! THEY ARE RUSTED THROUGH IN SOME PLACES....THE ORIGINAL SEAT IS INTACT...BUT WOULD NEED RECOVERED....THE ORIGINAL STEERING WHEEL IS IN GOOD CONDITION...THE ORIGINAL AM RADIO IS STILL IN THE CAR....THE FRAME IS SOLID EXCEPT FOR THE TWO RUST HOLES IN THE FRONT ON BOTH SIDES RIGHT BELOW THE DOORS....SEE PICTURES....THIS IS AN EASY FIX.....THIS IS WHERE THE DRAIN WATER CAME DOWN AND LAID IN THE FRAME...VERY COMMON ON THESE VEHICLES ....THE ORIGINAL 283 ENGINE AND POWERGLIDE IS STILL IN THE CAR...IT HAS NOT BEEN STARTED SINCE 1989....THE ENGINE TURNS OVER....DON'T WANT TO START IT UNTIL GAS TANK IS CLEANED....OR REPLACED....THIS CAR HAS GOOD BOOK VALUE.....IT IS CODED BLACK WITH RED INTERIOR......
