1965 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray

This is a matching-numbers car with it's original L79 327/350HP engine, the colors all match the factory trim tag too, attesting to it's original configuration. It received a full frame-off restoration in its original Rally Red 13 years ago and it is still stunning - a powerful presence. The motor was rebuilt at the same time, with less than 15,000 miles since the rebuild.

The car starts, runs and drives out beautifully with no unusual noises, rattles, smoke or any other issues. The interior is also completely new, and is striking in its rare white and red!

The tires are newer white-wall radials, further contributing to its sure-footed yet nimble handling characteristics for spirited drives, and its quiet full rear-exiting exhaust system makes a healthy rumble while offering a comfortable driving experience for you and your passenger! This is a gorgeous car in a very rare color combination which draws a crowd wherever it goes.

This car drives incredibly solid and stops on a dime! The original drivetrain is tight and powerful and accelerates without hesitation, and it fires right up no matter how long it sits in wait. This car has a LOT of "go" to accompany its "show".

Although the car is very original, it does have some sensible upgrades aimed at enhancing the driving experience in today's traffic such as: Flaming River power rack and pinion steering, large Wilwood disk brakes, Flaming River tilt steering column, and a stereo system that allows you to plug in your personal device to play your favorite playlists. Also has a stainless steel exhaust system, as well as some added bling under the hood to enhance the show experience.

The original alternator, steering column, steering box and brake parts all come with the car to bring it back to stock configuration if one so desires. But it drives and handles so sweet as is, I'd be hesitant to change a thing.
