Beautiful cozy home inside a school bus. Plenty of hot water. Radiator heat. Lots of outlets. Comfy trough tub. Mini fridge, cabinet space for kitchen things. We used a burner, rice cooker, electric kettle, and a toaster. We have a new queen size Aerobed that is light weight for travel, but a sofa bed would fit nicely and give you more seating options.Lots of options for light levels during the day or dark for sleeping.Runs great with a Chevy big block engine, so no diesel maintenance. Manual transmission. Recent tune up by previous owner.No special driver license required in Washington state.Odometer says 58000, only has five digit display.Tires are good.
The bus would make a great air bnb, RV, mother in law unit, rental, teenager room or vacation cabin
You could add an inexpensive portable black water tank to dump at the local RV park or do a simple composting system.Serious inquiries only please, we work long hours.The location is nice.
