Description:

1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS

I have For Sale my 1969 Camaro SS. It is an X55 car a true SS car. It was born with a 350 small block, Muncie M21 4sp, 12 bolt multi leaf rear end. Original color was Frost Green w/Midnight Green Custom Interior. The car now has a 396 big block. The car's body is in very solid condition,[no rust] but does need paint. The paint is old lacquer paint and in bad shape. It looks good from a distance. Other than that it only needs minor things. Biggest being new window regulators and new interior door panels, arm rests are cracked. It has a few dings and scratches. Nothing bad. I drive the car on a semi regular basis. Once or twice a month. The car drives and handles great. Front end was all rebuilt and is nice and tight, all new shocks, air shocks in rear. Everything with the brakes was replaced, including bearings. Disc in front drum in rear.
Let me tell you a little more about the drivetrain.
Engine: Rebuilt 396 Big Block, bored .030 over, 10 to 1 compression, TRW pistons, TSR rings, Solid Comp Cam 615/252, Comp Cam push rods and Roller Rockers, Rectangular port heads, Offenhauser intake w/Holley 750 cfm [74 primaries, 80 secondaries], Hooker headers, MalloryMSD 6A w/7200 chip, Chamber II flow master exhaust, Powergrip clutch and bell housing, rebuilt Muncie M21 4 speed, GM 12 bolt with 4:56 gears, Frame connectors, Rear mount Carter electric fuel pump. I have the Dyno sheet. Car Makes 490hp to the rear wheels and 447lbs torque. Not bad for a street car on pump 93 gas.
This car has a lot of options that people want. Interior has Tach, center counsel w/gauges, clock, comfort weave seats, wood grain dash. The carhas power steering and power disc brakes. Originally it had A/C but that is gone. A very nice car that doesn't need everything replaced like most you find. The car is for sale locally but, if reserve is met here it will sell here. It is priced to sell but I don't have to sell it. If you have questions please feel free to ask. If the winning bidder comes to pick up the car and is not happy with it, let it sit, you own nothing and there will be no hard feelings. I'm very easy to work with and want the buyer to be happy.731-514-4746 Thanks, Tony
