This would probably run but it has sitting for a long time and it was blowing smoke when last running so it probably needs to be rebuilt and there is not battery.. You could probably get it running to move it but no guarantee, I need a battery to get it started myself. It also had a very bad power steering leak before.
The inside needs to be cleaned out it has stuff in it and the interior is not in that good of shape but the body is relatively strait except the rear bumper that is bent on one side from a fender bender.
