This is a replica car styled after the 1963 Bill Thomas Cheetah

The Bill Thomas Cheetah was originally built by Bill Thomas of Chevrolet to be the competitor for the Shelby Cobra GT. Due to its popularity and its creation of competition for Chevrolet's famous Corvette, Chevrolet stopped backing the production of these cars and only a very small amount of the original cars were ever made! The emergence of kits and replica's of this car are an attempt to revive this beautiful classic automobile.

This car has no affiliation with the Bill Thomas name, or with the Cheetah car brand. This car was produced solely as a custom replica car by a low volume replica manufacturer and has no identifiers linking it to the original brand or trademarked name.

According to U.S. Trademark regulations, and House bill H.R. 2675, the Low Volume Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Act of 2015:

(B) REPLICA MOTOR VEHICLE.—The term ‘replica motor vehicle’ means a motor vehicle produced by a low volume manufacturer and that—

“(i) is intended to resemble the body of another motor vehicle that was manufactured not less than 25 years before the manufacture of the replica motor vehicle; and

“(ii) is manufactured under a license for the product configuration, trade dress, trademark or patent for the motor vehicle that is intended to be replicated from the original manufacturer, its successors or assignees, or current owner of such rights, unless there is a preponderance of evidence that such rights have been abandoned for at least three years.
