This car's paint appears to be mostly original and is typical of an older lacquer job, but still shows a nice shine. All exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code. Chrome bumpers, taillights, exterior door handles, weatherstripping, and emblems all appear to be older or original. Knockoff style wheels are in good condition, and wear a set of vintage Goodyear Power Cushion goldline bias-ply tires, which show an average of 9/32nds tread depth remaining in the front, and an average of 6/32nds remaining in the rear. The interior of this 1966 Corvette looks to be nearly all original as well, with good condition seats, dash pads, steering wheel, and center console. GM seatbelts and correct appearing AM/FM radio are in place, and the glovebox lid is vg. The numbers matching engine in this 1966 Corvette shows original casting date March 3, 1966, and final assembly date March 20, 1966. Correct air cleaner, intake manifold, ignition shielding, and valve covers are in place, and the frame is solid and rust-free. A 1960s vintage alarm is currently installed (receipt included), and correct Holley carburetor is included in a box. Also included are full service records from 1967-84, Bloomington Gold Survivor award (from 1995 when the car had 46,000 miles), original owner's manual, sleeve, and protect-o-plate.
