1972 Chevrolet Blazer

Up for sale is a 72 k5 I built for my son 8 Years ago from the ground up,he drove it for about 2 years then lost interest in it and moved to bigger and better things so I took the wheels off so it would fit in my garage and it has sit ever since under a cover.I stored it with stabil in the tank and it started right up after sitting for 3 years but i haven't tried starting it since. Its an incredible truck and after I finish my Blazer Im going to restore this one again and sell itSo if you want to put a little work into it you can save a lot of money from what im going to ask for it when its done BUT that doesn't mean im going to give it away now
BODY--I found the body in texas and had it shipped to me in Va,its very solid the rocker boxes are perfec, it had some small pin holes on the rocker panels so we replaced them and it has some small spots on the door[see pic]the tail gate has a small dent, the rear bumper has a big swinging gate that will hold a spare tire and jack that comes with it and it also has a full roll cage that's powder coated the same color as the top
TOP--I found the top locally in good shape missing the rear hatch but found one on ebay and had it shipped,I had it painted inside and out basecoat clearcoat and installed all new rubber around sides and glass
SUSPENSION--It has a rough country 10" lift with a custom track bar in the fron, dual steering stabilizers and the perches on the rear end were cut off and rewelded to get the pinion angle correct
DRIVETRAIN--12 bolt rear with 4.56 gears and a eaton posi, dana 44 front with 4.56 gears and a tru trac posi, turbo 350 trans and gear driven 205 transfer case
MOTOR--383 stroker built by C and D performanc, small cam, vortech heads, aluminum intake, holley 750 double pumper,HEI,headers, ect.it came off the dyno at 450hp and 470ft pounds of torque, thers also a four core radiator with dual electric fans
INTERIOR--Was all new when built but the interior guy used cheap cardboard for backing for the kick panel, bottom of doors and tail gate which didn't hold up long but i still have the carpet that was on them, the front seats are from a s2000 and i have a rear seat that's not mounted so i could get the tires in,custom steering wheel, auto meter fluid filled gauges installed in factory spots. The head unit to the stereo is missing but the rest is there, the center console is just a box that covers a custom amp cage that holds 2 fosgate amps a500-2 channel for the subs and a 400-4 channel for the mids, thers 4 6x9 jls and 4 12"rockford subs in the rear in custom fiberglass enclosures that are basecoat clear coated to match the truck
The tires are 38" mickey thompsons on 20"x12" wide wheels with less than 5000 miles on themIm sure im missing alot but everything worked when parked this truck mainly needs alot of tlc nothing major, motor and all the drivetrain have less than 10000 miles EVERY part was brand newThanks for looking
