1984 Alfa Romeo Other

Hello and thanks for looking at my 1984 Alfa Romeo GTV6. I have owned this car for about a year and it is apleasureto drive. It is an accident and rust free car with only 44,457 CARFAX verified miles. I bought the car with all original paint that was a little tired. I wanted my painter to buff the car and do small touch ups for scratches, etc. He misunderstood me andpaintedmost of the sides so I told him to just give it a completepaintjob. It looks fantastic but I would consider it more of a quality driver than a pure show car. He did not do any rust repair and the base coat, clear coat has a very nice deep shine.
The interior is super clean with the leather in great shape. There is no wear on any of the seating surfaces to speak of. The carpets are excellent and all of thegaugeswork as they should. The dash has a cap on it that I have not removed. Not certain about the shape of the original dash. Strangely, the cap has one crack in it coming from the defrost vent. There is a small split in the upper side corner of the back seat that the previous owner repaired with an Alfa Romeo leather patch. I only noticed it after owning the car for six months. The headlights, tail lights, wipers, heat, defrost, radio, power windows and electric mirrors work properly. The air conditioning has the belt missing and I have not investigated. It all appears to be there. The underside is clean and rust free.
I lowered the front end 1" and installed a very nice set of Konig wheels with Dunlop tires. Super smooth and quiet with no rubbing. My painter refinished the original wheels to a very high standard. They will go with the car. I have a new set of Bilstein front shocks for this car that have not been installed. The car starts easily and settles into a nice idle. It steers, shifts, stops as it is supposed to. The oil pressure and water temps are good. The exhaust note is heavenly Italian V6. It sounds like a baby Ferrari. The famed 2nd gear syncro is solid but I always shift carefully.
I have purchased my dream car (Aston Martin) and need to sell a couple of my cherished babies. Please feel free to call anytime with questions that you may have.
