1982 Volvo 240 GL

I am relisting the car because the buyer backed out. He said his 16-year-old bid on the car and didn't realize it didn't run. The link to the video below shows how the car presently looks, I really hope someone buys this car and gets it running!
1982 Volvo 240GL. This car is inoperable and has been sitting in my garage since around 2005. The photos were taken two years ago when I rolled it out and washed it so it's quite a bit dustier now.
The good: The body and frame are in good condition, and I believe the odometer to be correct as there's very little visible wear for its age. The car would be great for a project or parts. Clean title on hand.
The bad: I bought the car after it had a timing belt failure causing the camshaft to snap. I bought a used cam and head and installed them but was unable to get the engine to run. I also installed a new timing belt, injection belt, glow plugs, battery and miscellaneous other items. It could be the injection timing, but I really have no idea. I was going to scrap it, but I believe the car deserves another chance. Another thing, after taking the photos I shut the hood and was unable to get it to pop open again. Could be a stretched cable or something with the latching mechanism.
