1974 VW Volkswagen Super Beetle Bug Parts Car Project Seized Engine
1974 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic
This is a vintage 1974 ( build date 11-73 ) Volkswagen Super Beetle that has been sitting outside for many years. The floor pans are rusted badly and the entire underside is surface rust. The tires are all bad but hold air. All hubcaps are bad. The front hood does not open. The engine is seized, and it looks like the oil filler cap has been off for some time. The bottom of the main part of the doors are solid but the bottom part of the doors that hold the weather strips has rust. Looks like the front and rear lids are still solid enough to use. The doors open and close very well. I have a key that locks both doors but does not operate the ignition switch so the steering is locked in the straight position. The windshield has fogging around the edges. Photos show most of the bad spots that I could find. There is no title with this car so this is for parts only. Selling with a bill of sale only.
