1972 Volkswagen Dune Buggy

This 1972 Volkswagen Dune Buggy is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows.

Vehicle Details

1972 VW beetle(titled as), clean VA title. Has 4g63t 2.0 fuel injected Mitsubishi engine and a proche 4 speed transmission. Full stereo system including amp, subwoofer, speakers/tweeters. All lights work including underbody lights and interior and engine lights, also light up whip antenna. I have vinyl windows that snap on along with red nets for windows. Full synthetic oil. New rear axles and bearings all the way around. Disc brakes on rear drum on front. Has new 16g turbo on it. New plugs and wires. 4 point harness for both seats. Has backup camera and reverse lights.

Only issues I know about are: tires are getting close to wear bars, tac doesn't work, speedometer is an old style that converts it from mechanical to electric works but moves around at certain speeds within 5 mph and odometer resets every time it's turned off, prob could be upgraded. All other gauges work fine.
