Vehicle is sold "as is" and seller makes no warranties. Having said that, you should know all the mechanical repairs were done professionally and that lots of love and care went into the nearly 100% restoration.

Notes: When I purchased this Vanagon was the Speedometer/Odometer was broken but showed 48,000 miles. However, since doing the restoration, virtually everything has been replaced with either new or rebuilt parts, and the newGoWestyspeedometer now shows 2,079 miles since the new speedo was installed. This vehicle
started as an 1981 ASI Rivera Vanagon Camper. We transplanted a genuine Westfalia fiberglass top to it before painting the vehicle, and then installed a full suite of interior Westfalia cabinetry. We also upgraded the engine to a new rebuilt 90 HP Porsche 914 with Weber carbs. The original camper water tanks has been removed and not replaced as we'd always camp in campgrounds and never used them. Extra storage space is now available as expansion storage where the old tanks were.

The original fresh air cool air blower box works but has not been rebuilt as it's not used much (parts to rebuild it are included in the sale). Original Westfalia propane stove needs more love than I can give it (but can potentially be rebuilt) so it's disconnected and awaiting rebuilding, so Camper instead comes with a new portable 2 burner propane stove.

Finally, not for sale to California, because of their arcane vehicle emission rules, since this vehicle has a more powerful 4 cylinder Porsche 2L engine, and apparently California requires out of state vehicles to have the original engine type.
