Up for sale is a 1974 Volkswagen thing. This car has received a ground up restoration recently. I purchased the car as it stands and will do my best to describe everything done. floor pans have been sprayed black, no rust. Tubular control arm rear suspension with Bilstein shocks. Front adjustable beam also has Bilstein shocks with disc brake upgrade, all new brake parts throughout the entire car. Stops very well. Engine is believed to be a 1915 cc with dual carburetors, stainless exhaust, electronic ignition, clean tidy engine compartment. Built freeway flyer transmission, larger CV joints, car starts and runs very smooth. Inside has a full dashboard with gauges, new sun visors, grey tweed upholstery, modern switches, upgraded shifter, custom floor boards, seat belts everything works. ALL new wiring throughout. recently installed a full custom audio system including a retro sound Bluetooth player, new speakers and subwoofer in the rear everything hidden. car is as pictured with a soft top, and roll cage combination. doors have lockable storage pockets and also locking glove box. Under the front hood has a spare and also painted and nicely done. Custom-made bumpers front and rear round off the car. Car cover included.
