1972 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic
Selling off Estate cars. Very nice 1974 VW Super Beetle. 26k miles. Manual TransmissionClear Kansas Title.Stored in garage for many years. Excellent overall original condition. Great looking classic Super Bug !!Will run on starter fluid/gas poured into engine but we DID NOT run it as the gas tank and fuel system have not been cleaned out. Air cooled engine turns over easily and appears to have some "recent" new parts (alternator and carbs?). Last driven in about 2011. Fairly confident it could be a nice running driver very easily with a little time and effort.Car was literally dusted off for photos. Not detailed in any way. Body very straight. Original paint should buff up very nicely. Two small dents on front hood area. Chrome very nice with a polishing. Interior dirty and worn. Original seats and matching door panels will need new covers. Driver seat is the worst but others will need to be done to match. (Looks like you can get a Complete Interior Kit (seats, door panels, headliner and carpets from JBugs.com for about $650 or just do the seat bottom on the driver side. Seat padding also available from JBugs.com and others) Small crack in dash on driver side.Newer tires and battery.

3/29/17: We have had several questions from bidders regarding the miles at 26k or 126k. We cannot confirm. Bidders should assume the higher figure. The last time the vehicle was driven the engine was strong and peppy.
