This is a rare one of a kind Show car,1972 VW Beetle custom built into an Electric Pickup truck called an "eTrug." Electric-Truck-Bug. The only other similar known body style of this design was a 1946 VW truck. Lookup 1946 vw truck. eTRUGhas a new paint and body, New Interior Dark Gray, new seat covers and carpet, New tires, new spare, 4 wheel disk brakes, Air assist rear shocks, and 12 8-volt golf cart batteries. This is a fully functional vehicle considered to be a 35 mph in-town car. Basic range is up to 25 miles, and speeds up to 60 mph. It has an on-board 120 VAC smart charger. 2, 12 V deep cycle batteries for the normal operation for the brake lights, turn signal, and radio. The turn signals do not operate at this time, but the emergency flashers are working fine. This is in the process of being repaired.
